Description
Quintana
is opportunistic in selecting investments with no forced allocation to
any specific strategy, size, sector or location. Quintana deploys
capital via growth equity and/or start-up investments, leveraged
buy-outs, management buy-outs, buy-and-builds, and joint venture and
other arrangements. Equity investments will range in size from $10
million to $125 million, and total transaction sizes may exceed $500
million with the use of leverage and co-investments.
